Everyone Is Welcome

 

Our church does not preach hate. We are all equal in the eyes of God. Our church welcomes people of all religions and beliefs and those who have none at all. Our church welcomes all who respect others and have positive and progressive thoughts and share common goals of social justice, human rights, and dignity and resources for everyone. You don't have to give up your religion and beliefs to become a part of ours. People who are members or supporters of Christianity, Catholic, Orthodox, Islam, Secular, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoists, Confucianists, ethnic and indigenous religions, Sikhism, Mormonism, Judaism, Spiritism, Baháʼí, Jainism, Shinto, Cao Dai, Zoroastrian, Tenrikyo, Animism, Druze, Neo-Paganism, Wiccan, Unitarian, New Age, Rastafari, Quaker, Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh-day Adventist, New Thought, Christian Science, Unity Church, Transcendentalism, Rosicrucianism, Hermeticism, Mysticism, Scientology, and others are welcome to become supporters and members of the Religious Union Society.

We are inspired by the first religious union societies in New England and at Harvard, the silent worship of the Quakers, the social justice of Pax Christi and the Catholic Worker movements, and other religions and beliefs that are progressive and positive. We are organized and incorporated as a church exclusively for religious, educational, scientific and other charitable purposes as defined under and in compliance with IRS Section 501(c)(3).   

We occasionally gather on Clubhouse and some of our members attend the daily silent online gatherings of the Ben Lomond Quaker Center which are each morning at 7:30 AM Pacific Time (9:30 AM Central Time).  Everyone is welcome to explore becoming a supporter and member.
